Join Our Team – Experienced Carpenter & Helper / Laborer NEEDED!

We are a growing, locally owned carpentry and remodeling company based in the Lehigh Valley. We specialize in quality residential and commercial projects, including custom trim, built-ins, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and small-scale renovations. Our team is committed to craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional results.

We are currently seeking to fill two positions: Experienced Carpenter and Helper / Laborer.

Experienced Carpenter

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in framing, finish carpentry, trim work, and installation

• Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements

• Experience with remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, additions)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Personal tools are a plus

Helper / Laborer

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the carpentry trade

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site practices (preferred, not required)

• Ability to assist with material handling, site preparation, and general labor tasks

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation
